Mr. Labrenz is a registered professional geologist with over 19 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry. Most recently, Mr. Labrenz was Vice President Business Development for Terrane Metals Corp., a recently acquired BC based exploration and mine development company. Prior to Terrane, Mr. Labrenz was employed by the Placer Dome group, where he was responsible for the design and supervision of exploration programs, management of geological activities at both underground and open pit mining operations, as well as technical support and geological management of several feasibility studies and economic evaluations.

Mr. Pryor has worked for junior, mid-tier and major mining companies worldwide, developing a proven record in the successful discovery of precious metal deposits. He has held management positions with recognized companies including Anglo American, Monarch Resources, Minefinders, Candente Gold Corp., Montero Mining & Exploration Ltd. and Placer Dome, and developed extensive global experience having worked in Eurasia, South America, Africa and the Americas. Mr. Pryor's experience includes over 25 years of precious metal exploration in Archean, Proterozoic and Epithermal environments. His exploration expertise includes the design and implementation of exploration programs in arid, temperate and tropical environments, and range from generative, grassroots exploration through to advanced delineation and mine feasibility.

Mr. Pryor is a Fellow of the Geological Society of Great Britain, of the Society of Economic Geologists, and is a registered Natural Scientist (Pr. Sci. Nat.).

Mr. Corea is a Chartered Accountant in British Columbia and has been with Laurentian Goldfields Ltd. since June 1, 2008. Prior to June 1, 2008, Mr. Corea was in public practice for over 4 years and articled with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Staley Okada & Partners and The Newport Group. He currently holds positions with other publicly traded companies serving as the Financial Controller for BCGold Corp. and Interim Financial Controller for Africo Resources Ltd. Mr. Corea also holds a Bachelor of Technology in Accounting with the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Diploma in Accounting with Capilano University. Mr. Corea has extensive experience with public equity fundraising, reverse takeover transactions and public company reporting.

Mr. Cojuco joined the Company in April 2011 as the Financial Controller. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Cojuco was Assistant Controller at Great Panther Silver Limited, a producing and exploration mining company listed on the TSX and NYSE. He also presently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Rokmaster Resources Corp.
Mr. Cojuco is a Chartered Accountant and articled with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Staley, Okada and Partners. His public practice experience focused mainly on mining companies listed in Canada, the US and/or in other main boards. Mr. Cojuco also holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Diploma in Accounting from the University of British Columbia. In his spare time, Mr. Cojuco volunteers for Enspire Foundation where he is a Co-founder, Director and President.

Ms. Collins is a Securities/Corporate Finance Paralegal with over 25 years of experience as a legal administrator, corporate secretary and paralegal at both independent and national law firms, and with public resource companies. She specializes in the preparation, finalization and filing of all securities documents for US and Canadian foreign and domestic issuers with Canadian and US securities regulators, including all continuous disclosure documents. Ms. Collins is Corporate Secretary for Alto Ventures Ltd., Brazilian Diamonds Ltd., Forum Uranium Corp., Global Minerals Ltd., Global Uranium Corp., Midnight Sun Mining Corp, and RoxGold Inc. She is also President of White Label Corporate Services Inc.
